Terms of Use
1. Who can use AF
AF is for current students of ATLAS SkillTech University who verify with a code sent to their own university email, starting from their application ID, their university email or their ATLAS ID card. You must be 18 or over. You must use your own record and keep your device and sign-in codes to yourself.
2. Zero tolerance for abuse
AF has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. By using AF you agree to follow the Community Guidelines. You must not post or send anything that is sexually explicit, harasses, bullies, threatens or doxes anyone, promotes hate or violence, sexualises or endangers minors, impersonates someone, or breaks the law. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that post it or abuse others.
3. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and deliver it to the students it is meant for, only to run AF. You confirm you have the right to post it, and that photos on your dating profile are of you. When you delete content or your account, this licence ends, except for copies kept for safety reports as our Privacy Policy explains.
4. Safety tools
You can report posts, polls, replies, messages and people, and block anyone. Blocking hides you from each other across AF. Meeting someone in person is your decision: meet in public places on campus and tell a friend.
5. Your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings or at af.ntthink.com/af/delete-account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we may limit features to prevent spam or abuse.
6. The service
We work to keep AF running and secure, but it is provided “as is”, and we may change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for content posted by other students, or for what happens when students meet. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please write to our Grievance Officer at hello@ntthink.com so we can try to resolve the issue; we acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. Courts in Mumbai, India have jurisdiction.
8. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app, and you may need to agree again to keep using AF.
