Community Guidelines
AF is your campus. Treat people on it the way you would to their face, in front of everyone you know.
Not allowed, ever
- Nudity, sexual content, or sexual messages nobody asked for.
- Anything that sexualises, grooms or endangers someone under 18. We report it to the authorities.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or posting someone’s private details.
- Hate or slurs about anyone’s caste, religion, race, gender, sexuality, disability or background.
- Violence, self-harm encouragement, weapons or drug dealing.
- Pretending to be someone else, including AF or ATLAS staff.
- Photos of other people posted to embarrass them, or anyone’s photos on your dating profile but yours.
- Using face search to follow, photograph or identify people who don’t know you’re doing it, or to harass anyone you find with it.
- Spam, scams, or selling anything.
Dating and Crush
- A no is a no. Don’t keep contacting someone who isn’t interested.
- Meet somewhere public on campus, and tell a friend where you’ll be.
What happens when someone breaks these
Report it from the “…” menu on the post, reply, message or profile. A person at AF reviews every report, normally within 24 hours. When three different students report the same post, poll or reply, it is hidden straight away until that review. We remove content that breaks these guidelines and suspend accounts that post it. Serious harm, or anything involving a minor, is reported to the police.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 112.
